Nothing has changed, as always when my unico or my husband will request for me to cook what they are craving for and given that we have the ingredients or could be easily bought from close by grocery store, their wish is my command.
This time our unico requested for me to cook or make Chicken Katsu, it is one of his all time favorite and it so happened I just bought some chicken breast and that I also have all the rest of the ingredients then it shall be done.
Also , right there and then I knew that we will have sliced mini cucumber drizzled with sesame oil, freshly grind black pepper and salt for our side and of course some steamed rice.
