It is that time of the year again - “ Soup Season” - to start I made my very first Pho - Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup. And I could honestly say it was a success. My husband and Unico really love it and when we shared with other family they can’t believe I made it. They thought it was restaurant bought.

Been awhile since I did something like this , that you need to prepare and take different steps to make a dish. And since the process took some time ..better make it really delicious so that your family will love and enjoy eating it but most Importantly you enjoy making it as well and in this case I really did.
And I made some extra batch and I put in the freezer for future use.
Result - It is absolutely delicious.

Gyodon - Always a must have for us when we see it available at Japanese Restaurant.
I have been planning to cook it and my husband and son been requesting for it as well. It was just recently that I’m confident enough that I could make a decent version of it. What change? Well we now have easy access to thinly sliced American Wagyu beef which my husband n son love as in lovesss 😉wagyu beef , so I said wagyu beef would be perfect.
Verdict??? They must really like my version of GyuDon for I cooked it just last Sunday and they requested for it again yesterday which was Wednesday- they can’t get enough of it . Must be the Wagyu Beef - oh we really love Wagyu beef - tender and melts in your mouth .

This time our unico requested for me to cook or make Chicken Katsu, it is one of his all time favorite and it so happened I just bought some chicken breast and that I also have all the rest of the ingredients then it shall be done.
Also , right there and then I knew that we will have sliced mini cucumber drizzled with sesame oil, freshly grind black pepper and salt for our side and of course some steamed rice.
